Where do you ship?

We can ship to any country worldwide with USPS, UPS or FedEx. Please note that we only ship with full insurance to countries other than the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, the United Kingdom and Germany, so international shipping may be expensive. Also, you are responsible for paying any and all import taxes in your country.

How long does it take to ship my order?

All orders ship from the USA. Shipping for orders under 1 lb is USPS First Class Mail. Shipping for orders over 1 lb is USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Shipping takes approximately 2-7 business days, but may take longer due to Covid-19 delays.

Shipping for international orders is USPS Priority Mail or UPS. Shipping takes can take 7-30+ business days, depending on your location.

How can I track my package?

You can track your package directly on our website here.

What if I’m not home?

Your package will be left in your mailbox or the shipping carrier may leave a ticket for you to pick your package up at their nearest office.

2. Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit, debit and prepaid cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We process all payments through Stripe, Square, Paypal and Amazon Payments.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We charge all payments in USD.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

Currently we don’t.

3. Returns

Do you accept returns?

Yes, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange your item for another item of equal value. If you want to exchange for an item of different value, we can refund you the difference or you can pay the difference as needed.

Are returns free?

If you are returning an item because of a defect or incorrect sizing, we will pay for the return shipping. If you are returning an item because you don’t want it any more, we will charge you return shipping.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 1-2 business days.

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?

We don’t currently offer a referral program.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don’t have any physical stores.

Is there a warranty?

All our products are guaranteed for 90 days after purchase. If you purchase one of our garments, we recommend washing it within 90 days of purchase to make sure the print has no defects when washing.
